Open DOVE is a network virtualization platform based on overlays that provides isolated multi-tenant networks on any IP network in a virtualized data center. It includes a distributed control plane for address and policy dissemination, a data plane based on Open vSwitch, and management interface with REST APIs for creating and managing virtual networks, and a software gateway to allow traffic exchange with legacy networks.
In this Demo/Tutorial session, the presenters will give an overview of the Open DOVE network virtualization platform in OpenDaylight and demonstrate its usage with a focus on integration with OpenStack Networking (Neutron).
